摘要:本文研究了凱泰牌(CTA)改性聚丙烯纖維對干混砂漿強(qiáng)度、抗裂性、抗?jié)B性、抗水份蒸發(fā)性能的影響,并分析了纖維在阻裂、增韌方面的作用機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明當(dāng)纖維體積摻量為0.1%時(shí),砂漿的抗裂性能可提高75.7%,纖維的加入可明顯改善砂漿的抗?jié)B性能并可減小砂漿中水份蒸發(fā)速度。 關(guān)鍵詞:干混砂漿 聚丙烯纖維 抗裂性 體積摻量 |
Abstract: This article studies the influence of CTA modified pp fibers on dry-mixed mortar’s performance of strength, crack resistance,impermeabitily and anti-evaporating. And analyzing anti-cracking and toughness mechanism of fibers in mortar. The results indicate when fibers content is about 0.1%, mortar crack resistance increase by 75.7%. Fibers can change impermeabitily obviously and slow up water evaporation speed in mortar. Key words: dry-mixed mortar pp fiber anti-cracking volume percentage |
